Use and general description
Transparent food grade film, especially for preservation. PVC film has much better adhesion properties than PE film, in addition, its permeability is 5 times higher, which prevents water condensation on the inside of the film, extending the shelf life of food.
In Vivesur we also manufacture automatic and manual film from 7 Microns, for industrial packaging.

PVC film is specially designed for food preservation, both in the refrigerator and in the freezer. It has the added advantage of being safe for use in the microwave, provided that the specified recommendations for use are followed.
Its use in microwaves is limited to cooking food up to 70ºC for 2 hours, or up to 100ºC for 15 minutes, without being in contact with food.
PVC film for professional use is available in two different formats:
Individual cases: Recommended for those users in the professional sector who do not have a dispenser. Optionally, a cutting system can be added to the box to facilitate its use.
Bulk reels in boxes of 3 units:
Recommended for large volume users who have fixed dispensers in their facilities. If you need dispensers for your reels, please contact our sales department.

These certificates ensure that our products meet the rigorous food safety standards established by the strictest European regulations.
We offer the possibility of manufacturing transparent PVC film or in a variety of colors according to the needs of our customers.
In addition, at Vivesur we are committed to sustainability, so we have our own recycling line to efficiently manage the plastic waste generated during the extrusion process and we have a recovery management system that allows us to have 0% waste during our production process.

Widths: 290 and 450 mm for catering reels. Up to 900 mm for other applications.
Lengths: From 100 m to 600 m. Possibility of jumbo reels for other applications.
